CAD / CAM Technology

Gemsons utilizes the latest in CAD/CAM technology. Our MasterCAM Software enables us to design and simulate 2D/3D models & components.

Cutting Section

The Cutting Section is equipped with bundle-cutting band-saw machines. We currently use CNC Bandsaws and fully automatic bundle-cutting band-saw machines

Fitting & Assembly Section

The fitting and assembly section handles the final assembly and packaging of all products before they can be shipped to the respective clients.

Tool Room

Engineering Private Ltd., is having a setup in the name of Thomson Ralph Engineering Co., established in 1964 as a Tool-Room in the manufacture of jigs, fixtures, dies, special gauges and assemblies etc.
